How estimates work
Every workspace configures rates for black-and-white and colour, A4 and A3, plus a duplex multiplier. Uploads use those rates to show an estimated total before submission, and the operator confirms the final price at the counter.
Subscriptions are billed outside the application. PrintFlow does not take payment from customers and does not process card details.
