Terms of service (draft)

1. The service

PrintFlow is a cloud print workflow platform: it receives document uploads, routes them to departments, dispatches them to paired agents, and reports job status. PrintFlow does not operate printers and does not guarantee that any physical document is produced.

2. Accounts

A workspace owner creates a workspace and is responsible for the actions of every admin they appoint and for every document uploaded to their workspace. Department admins receive access scoped to their departments.

3. Acceptable use

• Upload only documents you have the right to print.
• Do not use PrintFlow to store or distribute material that is unlawful.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace's jobs, files or credentials.
• Do not attempt to reverse agent credentials or bypass pairing controls.

4. Files and retention

PrintFlow stores uploaded documents to enable printing and operator review. Completing a job removes its stored files. Workspaces are responsible for any export or archival they require beyond that.

5. No payment processing

PrintFlow does not process, hold or facilitate payments. Any estimated price is a calculation from rates the workspace configured, and any settlement happens between the workspace and its customers.

6. Service availability

PrintFlow does not publish an uptime commitment it has not measured. Jobs queue in the cloud when an agent is offline and resume when it returns; the service is offered on that reasonable-efforts basis.

7. Limitation

PrintFlow is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, PrintFlow is not liable for loss arising from a job not printing, a file being unavailable after completion, or an agent being offline.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners. Legal review is required before publication.
